Nisha Ajit
is an experienced IP professional based in Bangalore. Nisha graduated from the Bangalore University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication. She has a total of 9 years of professional experience in intellectual property. Her experience includes positions in the intellectual property field at GE India Technology Centre. Priya Sharma
is an experienced IP professional based in Bangalore. Priya’s educational background includes Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from G.B. Pant University and Master’s degree in Structures from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. She has a total experience of 11 years, including as an in-house IP professional working in various technology areas at GE India Technology Centre, and at Intel India Pvt. Ltd. Her area of specialization is patent drafting and prosecution, and IP portfolio management across broad range of technologies, including semiconductor technology, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic systems, business methods, software applications, among others. She is a trained Six Sigma black belt and a certified CMM assessor. She has also worked in other areas of IP management, such as patent analytics, patent assessments, disclosure management and IP training. Prior to her in-house IP career, Priya gained research experience with organizations such as the National Aerospace Laboratories and General Electric Research Centre in India.
Patrick Yoder
is an experienced U.S. patent attorney based in Houston, working in a consultancy role with StratIP. Pat has extensive experience in all facets of patent practice and technology management, both in the U.S., Europe, and India. Pat’s background is in mechanical engineering, although he has worked on a broad range of technologies, including electrical and electronic arts, control and process engineering, natural resource development, business and software systems, medical devices, and many others. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and multiple state bars in the U.S. He has travelled to India regularly to service clients and for specific client training needs. Pat’s previous IP experience includes years at the Beau de Lomenie firm in Paris, France, Arnold White and Durkee (now Howrey Simon) in Houston, Texas, and Foley and Lardner’s main office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Pat is a founding shareholder in the U.S. law firm of Fletcher Yoder, P.C., and has been with that firm since its inception in 1997.
